She was predeceased by: her husband Vic Skjeie; and her stepdaughter Jacquie Skjeie. She is survived by: her children, Larry (Gale), Fred (Krista) and Donna (Rick); her stepchildren, Vicki and Kelly (Cheryl); and her great grandchildren, Tayler, Curtis, Darren (Sydney), Danielle (Emilio), Kristopher (Lily), Jordan, Thomas, Marcie, Lyndy, Whitney and Decosta (Ashley).
In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to the SPCA or Kamloops Hospice in honour of Joyce.
