He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joe and Mary. He is survived by: his grandson Michael; his wife Diana; his brother Ralph (Patricia); his children, Karen Repka (Ed), Kelley Cook (Vic), Sagorski and Michael Kopec (Kristin); his grandchildren, Clint Cook (Cara), Travis Repka, Cache Cook, Diesel, Ava and Chase Kopec; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Geefs, Fran Kopec and Dave (Cathy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
