He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Belanger and Malvina Belanger; and his siblings, Henry, Bobby and Marie Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Annel; his daughters, Lisa Belanger (Dave Schultz), Angela Biro (Dick) and Lori Gilliland (Jim); his grandsons, Rylan (Karli), Marcus (Michelle), Degenhardt (Lisa), Lachlan, Logan, Lucas and Landon; and his great grandchildren, Hudson and Henslee.
