He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard Lane and Nora Lane; his brothers, Dermot, Michael (Mick), Gerard (GP) and John; and his siblings-in-law, Doreen, Daphne, Ursula, Paddy, Louis, Tom and John.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Madigan; his sons, Sean (Patricia), Dermot (Brenda), Patrick (Marylou) and Garret (Winnifred); his sister Anne Fitzgibbon; his siblings-in-law, Joan Looby (Ireland), Patricia Lane (Ireland), Brenda Madigan (Canada) and Sean Madigan; and his nibling England. He is also survived by 11 grand-children.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 16th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Cathedral (255 Nicola St, Kamloops, BC V2C2P3).
