He was predeceased by: his parents, William Foote and Jessie Foote. He is survived by: his sister Julie Bennett; his sibling's children, Alison Roberts (Richard Baker) and David Bennett (Robert Davies); his cousin William Jones (Robert Allen); and his friend Shayne Cummings. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
