He was predeceased by: his parents, Alberto Bittante and Maria Bittante; his brothers, Iseo, Arturo and Luigi; his siblings-in-law, Angela, Bruno and Mario; his uncles, Carlo and Narciso; his aunt Pierina; and his niece Caterina.
He is survived by: his wife Elsa; his children, Agnese (Mike), Renso (Laura), Roberto (Jana), Gianni (Leah) and Michele (Celine); and his siblings, Rina, Luisa and Armando (Lucia). He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren, many cousins, nieces, nephews.
