He was predeceased by: his wife Joginder Kaur; and his son Surjit Singh (late Gurnam Singh). He is survived by: his children, Kuldip Singh (Baldish Kaur), Kulwinder Singh (Sukhmit Kaur), Nachhattar Kaur (Tarlochan Singh) and Harsimer Kaur (Jasveer Singh). He is also survived by his numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
