She is survived by: her husband Don Lockwood; her children, Greg Lockwood (Kelly), Maryanne Lockwood (Tom Carpenter) of Blairmore and Charlene Ross (Dwight Unouyeno); her grandchildren, Dane Lockwood (Amy), Taylor Richard (Jason), Tori Lockwood (Mitch Shaw), Kyle Bartel, Cody Bartel, Hayley Ross (Shaun Monty) and Brennan Ross (Danielle); and her great grandchild Oliver Lockwood. She is also survived by numerous relatives, friends.

Memorial donations in Shirley's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of BC or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
