She is survived by: her husband Harbhajan Singh Bains; her children, Narinder Bains (Mandeep), Rashpal Heer (Paramjit) and Rashwinder Heer (Satnam); her grandchildren, Amandeep (Onkar), Gurpreet (Jaspreet), Inderdeep, Harpreet (Gurmeet), Gurjeet, Inderpreet, Sarpreet and Amrit; and her sister-in-law Gurdev Kaur Dhillon.
