He was predeceased by: his wife Helen; his sisters, Victoria and Violet; and his granddaughter Dana Ranger. He is survived by: his daughter Pam Turgeon; and his grandchildren, Courtney Ranger and Dayle Ranger. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
