He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Campbell and Oscar Olsen. He is survived by: his children, Leonard Olsen, Penny Lesage and Crystal Olsen; his sibling's children, Tammy, Diana, Brenda, Michelle and Allen; and also, Kailen, Jack, Jocelyn, Devon, Travis and Stephanie.
