He was predeceased by: his children, Kimberly Garbutt and Joseph Patrick Watson. He is survived by: his wife Pat Watson; his son William James Jr (Mona McAmmond); and his great grandchildren, Andrew Marcus Burke and Kimberlyn Watson. He is also survived by wife and children and his 2 rescued dogs.
