He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack and Edna; his sister Maryanne; and his grandson Patrick. He is survived by: his brother Husband; his wife Carol; his children, Wes (Tanya), Tracy and Mark (Shaila); his grandchildren, Steven, Ryan and Ashleigh; and his brothers, Fred (Judy), Raymond (Sandi) and Ken (Winnie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers a memorial donation in memory of Bill can be made to the Royal Inland Hospital Foundation - Emergency department.
