He was predeceased by: his siblings-in-law, Patricia Parkman and Layton Parkman; his sibling's children, Grant Parkman, Vonna Neal, Gwen and Sherry Wilkinson; his parents, Roy Wilkinson and Isobel Wilkinson; and his spouse Shirley.

He is survived by: his son Mark (Brigita); his granddaughters, Nicole and Stephanie; his daughter Terri Low (Kelly); his grandchildren, Andy and Melissa; his brother Elmore Wilkinson (Inez); and his sibling's children, Glen Wilkinson, Rick Parkman (Nancy) and Wendy Galbraith.

No service will be held as per his request, donations in his memory can be made to Heart and Stroke foundation.
