She was predeceased by: her parents, Josef Schuetz and Anna Schuetz (Morles); her siblings, Franz Schuetz, Erika Hahner, Rosi Shaefer and Ursula Ewald; her siblings-in-law, Ernst Hahner, Ehrhard Ewald, Margit Schuetz and Barbara Schuetz; and her nephew Karl Josef Hahner.
She is survived by: her children, Mervin (Diane) of Calgary, AB, Anita Gamble (Jim) of Kelowna, BC, Perry (Kathie) of Red Deer, AB, Robert of Red Deer, AB and Michael (Heidi) of Calgary, AB; her brothers, Richard Schuetz and Winfried Schuetz (Hannelore) of Germany; and her siblings-in-law, Helmut Schaefer and Yvonne Strome of Humboldt, SK. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, April 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Corpus Christi Catholic Church (750 Rutland Rd N, Kelowna, BC V1X3B7).
