He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay and Gurney. He is survived by: his significant other Rhonda; his children, Kelly (Les), Lana (Matt) and Cory; his granddaughters, Ella and Olivia; and his brothers, Scott (Renee) and Dale (Sandy).
