He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Oliver Sr. and Angeline Oliver; and his siblings, Randy, Roger and Linda.
He is survived by: his friend Lynda Klassen-Oliver; his children, Donna Harris (Bobby Sr.) and Quinn Oliver (Lisa); and his brother Kenneth Oliver (Monique). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
