She was predeceased by: her parents, Erich and Charlotte; and her husband Edgar. She is survived by: her granddaughter Rita; her daughters, Brenda Quintana (Yuri) of Boston and Rita Berget (Brad); her grandsons, Nicolas Quintana, Logan and Kenny Clarke; her brother Ulrich (Sigrid); and her brothers-in-law, Walter (Helga), Gert (Edith) and Dieter (Uta).
