She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Letty Sibbald and Ken Sibbald of Huxley, Alberta.; her husband Neil Silver; her children, Christopher Spensley (Krista), Velva Dawn Silver and Glen Silver; her grandchildren, Noah, Samantha Spensley, Kayla, Josie, Erin Hughes, Eric and Jessica Silver; her great grandchild Avanjoleene; her siblings, Jerry Sibbald (Helen), Danny Sibbald (Grace) and Pam McClelland (Kerry); her sister-in-law Germaine Ellis; her son Michael James; and her former husband Murray Hughes.

Lynn had just begun volunteering for the Kelowna Outreach Program, where she quickly made several new friends. And so, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Outreach Program Canada.
