He is survived by: his parents, Joanne Dunbar and Tom McCluskey; his siblings, Craig Jerke, Karla Jerke and Chris Kolodychuk; his niece Taylor Dunbar; and his nephews, Dakota Kolodychuk and Hunter Kolodychuk.
