Dave Charleson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dave Charleson in Kelowna, British Columbia, who passed away on December 27, 2025 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dave Charleson to pay them a last tribute.

In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Dave had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Dave may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

He is survived by: his wife JoAnne; his children, Dean Charleson (Diana), Brenda Lucken (Roy), David Charleson (Cindy) and Barbara Pohl (Wes); his grandson David James Charleson; and his brother Don Charleson. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and two great-grandsons.

A funeral service was held on Friday, January 2nd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Michael and All Angels Cathedral (608 Sutherland Ave, Kelowna, BC V1Y2M9).
