She was predeceased by: her parents, James McNab and Ruby McNab; her brother Johnnie McNab; and her son Richard Kobelka. She is survived by: her husband Randy Turner; her daughter Cassie Stanley (Cavell); her grandchildren, Charli and Carsten Stanley; and her sister Bonnie Taylor. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Springfield Funeral Home (2020 Springfield Rd, Kelowna, BC V1Y5V8). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Spruce Grove Pioneer Centre (301 Jespersen Ave, Spruce Grove, Alberta T7X2J1).
