He is survived by: his wife Kathy Powley; his children, Sharleen Decelles (Kevin) and Denise Powley (Will Kwong); his stepchildren, Jeremy Thomsen (Nery), Sarah Sieben (Devan) and Joshua Thomsen (Christine); his grandchildren, Zachary Pilot (Victoria), Allyssa Eklund (Dustin), Morgan Powley, Ethan Decelles, Carter Sieben, Owen Sieben, Olivia Kwong, Noah Thomsen and Phoebe Thomsen; and his brothers, Douglas Powley (Inez) and Les Powley (Carol).
