He was predeceased by: his father Lance Madsen; and his grandparents, Eric, Barbara Joy Madsen and Della Gagnon. He is survived by: his mother Kim Brazeau; his sister Courtney (James); his siblings' children, Jaydon and Brooke-Lynn; his brother Darren; his aunts and uncles, Darcy, Christene, Jenn, Greg and Dave; his cousins, Candace, Kristan, Jesse and Troy; and his grandfather Andrew.
