Dorothy Ann (Peddy) MacIak Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Ann (Peddy) MacIak (Kelowna, British Columbia), who passed away on May 5, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolf Peddy and Mary Peddy; her husband Nick; her siblings, Ruth Olsen, Gloria Dolhan, Lawrence Peddy and Wilfred Peddy; and her parents-in-law, Harry Yuors, Warren Bolt, Walter, Stella Maciach, John and Chris Maciak.

She is survived by: her son-in-law Joe; her children, Lora Pires (Joe), Ann Bevaart (Len) and Allan Maciak (Shelley); her grandchildren, Nicole, Rob, Dawn, Courtney, Dena, Danielle, Chad and Dana; her siblings, Gilda Yuors, Harold Peddy (Ella), Joan Krefting (Art) and Hilda Woitas (Reg); and her sisters-in-law, Olga Bolt, Rose Peddy and Donna Peddy. She is also survived by her 17 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

The family requests that memorial donations be made to the BC Cancer Clinic in Kelowna.
