He was predeceased by: his father Fred; his daughter Carla; and his aunt Pat. He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his children, Jeff (Nicole) and Carrie (Matt); his mother Carol; his sisters, Shannon (Frank) and Kelli; his granddaughters, Reese and Dahlia; and his nephews, Ben and Marco. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
