He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis and Rosalie; and his sisters, Lola Gavel and Audrey McDonald. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his daughter Debra Thiessen (John); his grandchildren, Katelyn and Parker Thiessen; and his sister Vivian Manson (Bill). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
