He was predeceased by: his parents, Joy and Tony; his stepmother Wendy; and his granddaughter Ruby. He is survived by: his daughters, Laura (Colin) and Jillian (Javier); his grandchildren, Ben, Logan and Faye; his sister Patricia (Roger); his niece Liz (Ross); his great-nieces, Florence and Phoebe; his nephew Duncan (Fatima); his great-niece Alba; his friend John Bustin; his grandson Jamie; Amsterdam. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
