It is with great sadness that we announce the death of El William Ulmer (Kelowna, British Columbia), who passed away on August 23, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Joan; and his children, Jeff (Marianne) and Kelly (Dave). He is also survived by 2 grandsons Christian (Amanda) and Cameron, 5 sisters and 1 brother.
