She is survived by: her brother Jack; her children, Denise (Arnie), Patty, Michelle, Jack (Jane), Polly (Kevin), Peter (Debbie), Nicky (Radar) and Greg (Bobbi Jo); her grandchildren, Leah (Mike), Matthew (Sarah), Andrea (Andrew), Elizabeth, Edward, Brendan, Annie, Ashley, Jake, Delaney (Taryn), Keisha (Nathan) and Brody (Diana); her great grandchildren, Fletcher, Benjamin, Luke, Alice, Everly, Ophelia, Arianna and Elena; her caregivers, Ann, Melody and Farzana; and her family Dr. Linda O'Neill.
