She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sons, Jim and Steve Schroeder; her grandsons, Dylan, Aidan and Levi Schroeder; her siblings, Dorothy Duerksen (Ken) and John Wiebe (Gloria); her former husbands, Siegfried Schroeder, Rob Merson and Erhard Mueller; her parents, Abe Wiebe and Agnes Wiebe; her spouse Sig Schroeder; her son Steven Mark (Steve); her family Erna; and her stepdaughter Jodi.

A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Springfield Funeral Home (2020 Springfield Rd, Kelowna, BC V1Y5V8).
