It is with sadness that the passing of Fiona Francis Ivans (Kelowna, British Columbia) is shared. Fiona, born on April 14, 1940 in Lestock, Saskatchewan, passed away on July 29, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Fiona will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honour Fiona by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Fiona is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Fiona’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her son Greg Ivans; and her siblings, Eileen and Dean. She is survived by: her husband Paul Ivans; her son Scott Ivans; her daughter-in-law Jacky Ivans; her grandchildren, Max and Tessa Ivans; and her sisters, Maxine Dobson and Mary Pakka. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the BC SPCA in Kelowna in Fiona's memory.
