Florence Anne Nagy Obituary
We bid farewell to Florence Anne Nagy (Kelowna, British Columbia), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 23, 2025 at the age of 92. Florence Anne touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son David (Gilbert); her parents, Laddie and Annie; and her siblings, Elaine Elizabeth, Stanley and Leslie.
She is survived by: her children, Gerard (Marilynne), Lawrence (Heather), Raymond, Robert, Dianne Stewart (Greg), Brenda Watson (Gerald) and Glen (Yvonne); her grandchildren, Daniel, Angela, Katherine, Erin, Nathaniel, Christopher, Cassandra, Jody, Thomas James, Shayla, Briana, Kyler and Rylan; and her husband Gilbert.
A prayer will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the First Memorial Funeral Services (1211 Sutherland Ave, Kelowna, BC V1Y5Y2). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Immaculate Conception Church (839 Sutherland Ave, Kelowna, BC V1Y5X4). A reception will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. Florence was also very involved in catering for the Catholic Church up until just before Covid (not bad for an 87-year-old woman).
