He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rosemary; his siblings, Charlie and Anne; his children, Lynn, Dean, Gary, Paul, Scott and Victoria; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Jonathan, Paige, Gabrielle, Erin, Niamh, Olivia, Abigail, Rebecca, Conor, Katrina, Indy, Taylor, Myra, Teeghan, Gwen and Josh.
A Funeral Service will be held to honour Frank, due to pandemic restrictions it will be by invitation only.
