He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony and Sophie. He is survived by: his family Shirley; his son Donald (Kari); his grandchildren, Kate, Scott and Meg; his daughter Helen-Anne; and his sister Elizabeth "Betty". He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
