He was predeceased by: his parents, Gottlieb and Marie; and his former wife Ruth. He is survived by: his wife Sophia; his children, Fritz Jr. (Dianne), David, Marleen and Kenneth (Sandie); and his brother-in-law Floyd Petersen (Eileen) of Loma Linda, California.. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
