He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Jerry, Lane (Paulette) and Heath (Andrea); his stepchildren, Stacey, Darren (Andrea) and Dave (Sherri); his grandchildren, Sarah, Lindsay, Kolt, Rhett, Austin, Braedon, Tyler, Hailey, Bobbi, Jackie and Sheena; his sisters, Darlene (Ted) and Sherry (Rick); and his sister-in-law Patricia. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
