He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hoimyr and Gertie Hoimyr; his siblings, Hollis Hoimyr (Bernice), Alvern Hoimyr (Pearl) and Donna Stainbrook (Marsh); his brother-in-law Roy Johnson; and his son Leo Tytlandsuik.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne; his sister Delores Johnson; his children, Lynn (Jim) of Kelowna, BC, Linda, Alberta and Lorn Vulcan (Margaret); and his grandchildren, Trina, Pat, Stuart, Chris, Danyel and Shawn. He is also survived by five great, grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
