It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gordon Lindsay Shufflebotham (Kelowna, British Columbia), who passed away on October 1, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce; and his parents, William Shufflebotham and Katherine Shufflebotham. He is survived by: his children, Paul (Judy LaCara) of San Jose and Laura Misik (Darren) of Lacombe County. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relations and friends.
From there he was posted to RCAF Station, Sydney, Nova Scotia and then to 61 AC&W Squadron, Metz, France, part of Canada's contribution to NATO, in July 1958.
