He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Zyderveld and Henrika Zyderveld. He is survived by: his children, Christopher (Selina Metez) and Leslie (Riley Carruthers); his granddaughter Ruby Carruthers; and his brother Leonard Zyderveld (Doreen). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
