Hilde Maria Platz Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hilde Maria Platz (Kelowna, British Columbia), who passed away on July 30, 2018 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Manfred of Kitchener, ON; her son Bernhard; and her sisters, Trude and Mitzi. She is survived by: her daughter Evelyne MacMillan; her children-in-law, John MacMillan and Marguerite Camus-Platz; her great grandchildren, Hailey, Samantha, Isabella, Justine and Kayle; her nieces, Dawna, Brenda, Janet and Elisabeth; and also, Kristine MacMillan, Curt MacMillan, Jeffrey Platz, Steven Platz, Patrick LaFlamme and Timothy LaFlamme.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation can be made in Hilde's name to the Alzheimer Society or to your local Dementia support group.
