Ida Hemmerling Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ida Hemmerling (Kelowna, British Columbia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 20, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Bredin and Natalia Bredin; and her husband Otto Hemmerling. She is survived by: her daughter Moira Ryttersgaard (Frank); her grandson Mark Ryttersgaard (Sara); her great grandchildren, Sophia and Ellie; her daughter Donna Newman (Gerald); her grandchildren, Jen Newman and Ryan Newman (Raela); her son Bob Hemmerling (Kristine); and her grandchildren, Jeff Hemmerling (Henrietta) and Erin Hemmerling.
