He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Ambler and Anastasia Ambler (Nel). He is survived by: his wife Jill; his sons, Scott of Victoria and Tim (Hanna) of Princeton; his grandchildren, Caidee, Wilber and Winnie; and his sisters, Dawn Ambler of Vancouver and Jacqueline Ambler of Regina, SK. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
