He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Rathjen and Ivy Rathjen; his brother John; and his wife Sandi Rathjen. He is survived by: his siblings, Evelyn, Phil and Tom; his sons, Shane (Leanne), Mike (Sarah) and Stephen (Milo); and his grandchildren, Toby and Arlo.
