He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Middlemiss and Bertha Middlemiss. He is survived by: his wife Gail; his children, Kerri, Brett and Kent; his children-in-law, Bob, Teri and Lisa; and his grandchildren, Jessica (Ryan), Kaitlin (Justin), Mitchell and Madison.
