He was predeceased by: his parents, Wes Foster and Mary Foster; and his sisters, Shirley, Betty and Patricia.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, Tim and Lori (John); his great grandchildren, Steven, Randy, Alyssa (Gareth), Danielle and Jared (Amy); and his brother Rick (Betty). He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
