He is survived by : his wife Margot (Schmidt); his children, Bruce (Suzanne), John (Pia) and Debby (Ken); his siblings, Karl, Herman (Elli), Hugo (Karin), Margot and Carola (Reinhold); his sisters-in-law, Lieselotte Wintermeyer and Hedwig Schoettler; his grandchildren, Riley, Liam, Kayla (Waylon), Tanya (Tim), Alexandra (Brady), Natasha (Owen) and Geneva (Yanni); and his great grandchildren, Ella, Emma, Tayla, Tucker, Thorin and Easton.
