He is survived by: his wife Patricia Catherine McKinney; his children, Harry, Judy-Anne Blacke (Ken), Joseph Jr. (Shawna), John (Barb), Catherine (Elmer), Thomas and Gregory (Zane); his grandchildren, Bernard Fraser (Rae-Lynn), Michael, Matthew Blacke, Lucus (Jaymie), Bradley Bristowe and Taylor Howes; and his great grandchildren, Hunter, Ronin, Nealen, Simon and Dayton Fraser.
