He was predeceased by: his son Tyler McCook. He is survived by: his children, Alexis Mersky and Jaxon McCook; his parents, Diane McCook (Cherry) and Bryan McCook; his sister Janine Stanton (Brandon); his nephew Nate; and his niece Emma. He is also survived by his children, family, and many friends.
