She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her son Norm Smithwick (Linda); her grandchildren, Jeff and Marla (Shak); her great grandchildren, Simon and Sebastian; her son Tom Smithwick (Mary Ann); her granddaughter Renee (Tom); her great grandchild Joshua; her son Jerry Smithwick (Tamar); her granddaughter Kyla; her great grandchildren, Emma and Anna; and her daughter Barbara Smithwick. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
